1. Replacements for Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To qualify for a free replacement, you must provide:


  • Clear photos of the damaged product,
  • A photo showing the damaged product with the original packaging and visible shipping label.



We reserve the right to deny a replacement if the evidence provided is insufficient or if submitted images appear to be taken from external sources.

Only verified damage cases are eligible for a free replacement.


2. Returns (Non-Damaged Products)

We do not accept returns if the item is as described and not defective. Please carefully check your order details before completing the purchase.

 

3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided for a verified damage claim.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Sellinity Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
